H% A" H- y $ D8 P5 \8 L8 p' F9 B/ j' U【摘要】 目的了解2009—2010年度黄石市食品中铅、镉、汞的含量情况,为控制食品污染提供依据。方法在黄石市城区的农贸市场或超市采集15类共168份样品,测定其中铅、镉、汞的含量。结果该市15类食品重金属合格率较高,铅超标率为3.6%,镉超标率为5.0%,汞超标率为2.5%,与其他城市相比处于相对较低水平。结论尽管黄石市食品中重金属污染水平相对较低,但仍应加大监测力度。 / a8 U' U9 \ g/ c6 Y; o+ b! i' K9 j! w$ D0 O$ D) `
